How it works and what you get

Planning Session

Our first session will be a review your ideal clients, your offers and your marketing system to determine what you need for marketing materials and messaging.

At the end of the session, we'll both get some homework so that we can make the most of our upcoming sessions:

Patty will review your existing materials (including your website, social media and printed materials)

You will fill out some fun questionnaires

Message Make-Over Sessions

We will spend 3 sessions together refining your messaging. You'll leave with words for the following:

So...what do you do? - a conversational introduction and a more in-depth explanation you can use when meeting people individually

Business summary - a few sentences that you can use on your website, social media profiles or as a formal networking introduction

Short advertisements or emails designed to attract the attention of your ideal clients and entice them to learn more

Longer sales page that fully describes your service that you can use for handouts, brochures or website content (or even in conversations!)

About page or bio that answers "why you?" and differentiates you from your competition

Bonus! Templates, questionnaires and worksheets

You'll get the documents I use to quickly create new marketing materials. Includes:

Website template - with all the pages you need and what to write on them!

Marketing templates for posters, handouts, meetup announcements, emails and registration page for your website

Article templates so that you can create educational blog posts or videos to market your business through helpful education

Sales conversation agenda - a non-pushy, non-scripty outline of exactly how to hold a conversation with somone who has expressed interest in working with you

We meet online via Zoom so you have no travel time or expense, easy access to your computer - and bonus! a chance to work with Zoom if you haven't before.

You get a total of 4 private sessions - each session has a specific agenda and outcome so that we make the most of our time together

Each session is a spacious 90 minutes - giving us time to explore ideas without having to commit to quick decisions.

Need a website?

Showcase your new messaging on a brand new WordPress website. For an additional investment of $1,750 - you get the following.

WordPress installation and configuration to add your logo, create your pages and navigation menus, connect to your email list and social media accounts.

Premium WordPress theme with drag and drop editing system so that you can easily make changes yourself.

Content formatting - I'll add sub-headlines, bullets, images - and provide some final polishing to your content

Training session - you'll get a 60 minute session to learn how to operate your new site - recorded on video to refer to whenever you need it

Note:  I'm NOT a designer. If you like the kinds of sites I build (like mine - or this one or this one or this one) - then we're good!

If you want something fancier, you'll need to invest in a graphic designer and likely a photographer.
